The Main Building is a four-storey non-combustible structure with a building area of approximately 72,656 sq. ft. used for fleet maintenance, and for associated offices which are sprinkled throughout. Storage Shed is a one-storey non-combustible structure with a building area of approximately 1,184 sq. ft. used for storage for fleet servicing and welding. These two buildings were completed as the first and second of five phases. This project also involves structural demolition of existing buildings on site as the third phase and yard construction as the fourth phase which included final yard fit-out, parking, and construction of a fuel island, and storage compound. The fifth phase included final occupancy, landscaping and deficiencies.
