Beattie Infrastructure Inc provided Project and Construction Management Services for Dwight School. Located at The Manor Central Park (TMCP), the project is designed to accommodate approximately 1,400 students across 30,000 square meters.

Dwight School is a premium private international school situated within The Manor Central Park, an integrated lifestyle hub and township in central Hanoi. The school’s mission is to “ignite the spark of genius in every child,” operating under the Dwight ethos and Dwight’s Three Pillars: personalized learning, community, and global vision. These pillars are integral to the school’s design, aiming to inspire creativity and collaboration in both learning and teaching.

The design of the school promotes ample space for adaptive areas and flexible learning environments. Creating openings along the corridors, whether as larger learning commons or smaller nooks

Fosters an open-plan layout that maximizes flexibility. Space partitioning, either in the larger Learning Commons or between Learning Studios, is achieved through sliding-folding acoustic partitions and mobile furniture. This approach accommodates classes of various sizes with customizable degrees of privacy and separation.
