This non-profit entity provides housing and social support. The existing building, with 12 above-ground levels, a penthouse, and underground parking.

Property Undergoes Extensive

Underwent a complete interior renovation, including the removal of existing finishes, partitions, lighting, and mechanical systems. New elements include a concrete elevator shaft, interior partitions, finishes, and updated mechanical and electrical systems, which required extensive concrete cutting and reinforcement with carbon fiber strips. Exterior work involved strengthening the walls with a steel stud system, restoring the brick facade with custom-sized bricks, and replacing parts of the roof.

On February 4, 2021, Toronto Mayor John Tory officially opened this permanent, affordable and supportive rental housing building. The building provides a safe.
